Please feel free to have questions available. I  will also post questions to help guide the session you can feel free to  answer them if you feel comfortable. They are meant to help the process  of recall.

If  there is a topic that is traumatizing and sensitive please feel free  email  me privately if you do not wish to have that topic discussed.

Some topics discussed are sensitive please be courteous, respectful and compassionate of others emotions, triggers and sharing.

This  is a safe, and private space for everyone to share their experiences.  Please be prepared to share.  If you are unsure if you have had an  experience please do not hesitate to share what you can even if its just  questions for the group.
